AI Document Parsing
Add your OpenAI API key to enable AI-powered parsing for any invoice, PO, or document format.
Rules first (recommended) uses the fast table parser for known layouts, then automatically switches to GPT-4o Vision if the parser reports issues — so new vendor formats usually work without code changes. Always AI skips the table parser for POs and always uses Vision (higher API cost, best when every PO looks different).
QuickBooks Account Mapping
These account names are used when exporting journal entries to QuickBooks.
Extensiv / 3PL Central
Credentials for the Extensiv API — used to sync Rocket Shippers inventory automatically.
Shopify
Admin API Access Token for syncing Shopify orders. In Shopify Admin go to Settings → Apps → Develop apps, create/open your custom app, then copy the Admin API access token from the API credentials tab.
ShipStation
API credentials for ShipStation — used to route US Shopify orders to the correct warehouse (PA or LV) based on order tags. Find your keys in ShipStation under Account Settings → API Settings.
Monta WMS (EU Warehouses)
API credentials for Monta — used to sync stock levels for EU-MONTA-UK and EU-MONTA-DE warehouses. Create an API user account at montaportal.nl.
